Stanley’s Food Systems is a Southern Illinois–based family business built on simple, honest, hard-working values: quality ingredients, real flavor, and products that stand on their own merit. Founded by John Stanley after he bought an old Army Air Force exchange bus and started selling hams and Italian beef by hand, the company has grown into a trusted regional brand supplying restaurants, delis, and home kitchens alike.
Our flagship product, Stanley’s Italian-Style Beef Seasoning, is a versatile blend used in Italian beef, chicken, venison, spaghetti sauce, and more. What started as a local favorite has earned loyal fans across the state. We produce ready-to-heat Italian beef for food service customers, along with retail seasoning bottles available in starter packs and bulk cases.
