Founded by John Stanley after he bought an old Army Air Force exchange bus and started selling hams and Italian beef by hand, the company has grown into a trusted regional brand supplying restaurants, delis, and home kitchens alike.

Our flagship product, Stanley’s Italian-Style Beef Seasoning, is a versatile blend used in Italian beef, chicken, venison, spaghetti sauce, and more. What started as a local favorite has earned loyal fans across the state. We produce ready-to-heat Italian beef for food service customers, along with retail seasoning bottles available in starter packs and bulk cases.
